Delivery & Shipping

Our estimated delivery time = processing time + production time + shipping time.

You can choose different shipping methods based on your needs.

Our order processing and production times are fixed.

Processing Time:

This is the estimated time it will take to process your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days. (Problem orders will be delayed by approximately 3 days.)

Production Time:

Since all our items are brand new and not stocked, we begin production immediately upon order placement, and delivery time is 7-15 days.

Shipping Methods and Shipping Times:

There are two shipping options available for orders placed in our store:

*DHL Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Standard Shipping method.

Please note that the above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so JOSHINY cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Joshiny will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
