Zircon
We use synthetic cubic zirconia, refined by hand in a predetermined process under specific conditions. The chemical molecular formula is ZrO2. It has a refractive index of up to 2.17 and a dispersion of 0.06, which is very close to that of diamonds at 2.42 and 0.044, and the high dispersion, in particular, results in more brilliant colored flashes in the finished milled gemstones.
